Tag is one of the best games ever, and may also end up being one of the best comedies of the summer.
The first trailer for "Tag" dropped Tuesday. The movie stars Jeremy Renner, Ed Helms, Jon Hamm, Jake Johnson and Hannibal Buress as five childhood friends who have been playing an extreme game of tag their whole lives -- every year for the entire month of May -- and embark on the craziest game yet when MVP Jerry (Renner) wants to retire after going his whole life without ever being tagged by his friends.

View StoryRenner, whose Hawkeye was suspiciously absent from every "Avengers: Infinity War" trailer, is basically an action hero in this comedy, making excellent use of everyday objects and slow motion to avoid being tagged.
The June 15 theatrical release from Warner Bros. has a "Hangover" vibe, except the crazy shenanigans are centered around an even more immature tradition. Funny ladies Isla Fisher, Annabelle Wallis, Rashida Jones and Leslie Bibb have roles, too.
It's based on a true story, which makes us wonder: Why haven't the rest of us been busy playing this game well into adulthood?
If this movie is a hit, we imagine it's a strong possibility that epic games of tag may spring up all over the world.
