Flashback Friday came with one amazing theme this week, as celebrities took to their social media accounts to celebrate #OldHeadshotDay with some of their first photos in the business.
Among the gems we learned from some of these shots: "Magic Mike" hunk Joe Manganiello has always been a babe, Melissa McCarthy can rock the hell out of a mini-cowboy hat, Reese Witherspoon was the epitome of sassy and "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Girardi was just as gorgeous long before she became Erika Jayne.
