Britney Spears broke her silence for the first time since seeking treatment for her mental health on Tuesday night and the message was met with love from many of her celebrity fans.
In the video, she speaks to "all of you who are concerned about me," assuring them that "All is well." She added, "My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately, so I just needed time to deal. But don't worry, I'll be back very soon."
She also included a lengthy caption to the post, saying "things that are being said have just gotten out of control," referring to online conspiracy theories about her health from fans.

"Wow!!! There's rumors, death threats to my family and my team, and just so many things crazy things being said," the caption continued. "I am trying to take a moment for myself, but everything that's happening is just making it harder for me. Don't believe everything you read and hear. These fake emails everywhere were crafted by Sam Lutfi years ago... I did not write them. He was pretending to be me and communicating with my team with a fake email address. My situation is unique, but I promise I'm doing what's best at this moment."
She added that she's "strong, and stand up for what I want," before thanking everyone for their "love and dedication." "But what I need right now is a little bit of privacy to deal with all the hard things that life is throwing my way. If you could do that, I would be forever grateful. Love you."
The comments section was flooded with messages from both celebrities and her fans.

Many fans, however, are still accusing Spears' team of being shady.
Also according to TMZ, Spears is at the tail end of her treatment. In addition to having a hard time dealing with her father Jamie's recent illness, her doctors were also reportedly adjusting her medications, which had "lost their efficacy." Doctors are now said to believe they've found the right combination.
