Miley also shared a few throwback photos from her time on the set of the Nicholas Sparks movie, "The Last Song," which sparked her off-screen relationship with the 29-year-old Australian actor.
"Started digging you in 2009," she captioned one of the shots. "Shit got deep," she added along with a ring emoji.
