The singer took to Instagram to leave some pretty bizarre comments ... or did he?
UPDATE at 9:15 a.m. PT on 6/14/19: Chris Brown has taken to his Instagram Story to deny he was the one who posted the comments on Victor Cruz's page. "People going out they way. Leave them people alone and stop creating unnecessary drama! Whoever's been DM any of my followers or commenting as me is lame asf," he wrote.
"The lengths people go through to be a fake ass bitch! Does amuse me," he added, along with a shot of a passport with his face on it. "I got sent this by someone claiming to be Chris Brown on Facebook."
In a third story, he shared what appears to be a fan's post supporting him. "I swear...every time Chris has s--t going for him (#1 song in the country) somebody does something to bring negativity his way. If he said it wasn't him then it wasn't him."
Original story below:
Chris Brown is trying to communicate with ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran about her current boyfriend.
The R&B singer took to Instagram to leave some pretty bizarre comments on a photo of the couple posted by Tran's new beau, Victor Cruz -- from four days ago.
The first of six comments was a series of three emojis: a purple-suited man disco-dancing, a fire flame and a tornado swirl. The second comment read, "No shade boo,, BUT PLEAS STYLE HIM . He look like he shopping of the manikin and trying to bargain wit the sales manager. Retired wrestler spanks. IM F--KING AROUND ... good bless."

View StoryBreezy added "No shade" and "Just minor," but it didn't stop there.
"Nothing bad or major . UPGRADE HIM SIS. I'll take him around to style him. NOT HATE. He just need some game spirit," he went on, before leaving his final remark, "Peace love and joy. JUST PLEASE UPGRADE YA MAN BOO."
Prior to leaving the comments, CB took to his Instagram Story to ask his fans, "Is it a sucka move to think about your ex?" He later wrote, "A person that really care bout you gone show it...even on bad terms."
Brown's comments have since been deleted (unclear if by Breezy or Cruz), but The Shade Room managed to snag screenshots. (See below.)
Tran and Brown had a very public, tumultuous and back-and-forth relationship over the years.
The "Claws" actress started dating the "Loyal" singer around 2011, about two years after he brutally beat his former girlfriend, Rihanna.
For three years, the two had an on-again, off-again relationship (Brown and Rihanna dated a second time in 2013 but broke up later that year); however, Tran and Brown called it quits around 2014 after she found out he had fathered another woman's child, daughter Royalty Brown.
In 2017, Tran filed and was granted a temporary restraining order against the singer after she filed legal documents claiming he vowed to kill her and that he'd beaten her up numerous times before. In June of that year, a judge ordered the TRO stay in place for the next five years.
"It came to a point where I felt like I needed to protect my safety," the actress told Wendy Williams in September 2017.
Naturally, the internet is scratching its collective head as to why Brown would be not only contacting his ex, but contacting her via comments on her current boyfriend's Instagram.
