As the video plays on Farley was joined by her new bae as they all sing, "Happy Birthday," to the 5-year-old. Carpinello then handed her a stick lighter to light the cake's number "5" candle so Meilani could make her birthday wish.
This isn't the first time the star's kids have been around her new man. JWoww admits that her children already have cute nicknames for Carpinello.
"Greyson calls him 'Baby,' so he's always like, 'Hi, Baby!' and Meilani always known him as [my friend] Erica's brother, so that's how I wanted to keep it with the kids, so it's not an awkward transition," she told ET a few months ago.
The professional wrestler talked about his relationship with JWoww's children explaining, "I've spent a lot of time with the kids. I've known Meilani for a few years. She's known me for a couple years, she is great with me. I love the kids. They're great."
Farley joked with ET saying, "[Meilani] honestly probably likes him more than me at this point, because he's cooler and will do a lot more. And I'm like, the mom yelling in the background. But it's fine. I'll let him have his moments."
'Jersey Shore,' 'Real Housewives' Blowups Get Viral ASMR Remakes And They're Incredible
View StoryThrough all the ups and downs that followed Farley and Mathews from the time of their marriage in October of 2015 to when they filed for divorce this past September there doesn't seem to be any bad blood between the exes.
Meilani's birthday came just two days after "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" season 3's premiere episode. In this episode, Farley got candid about her estranged husband's initial response to their son Greyson's autism diagnosis.
Farley spoke to co-star Deena Cortese about the heart-breaking conversation during the episode, "I took the initiative towards getting him help. That was a huge argument between Roger and I. [He was like,] 'He's fine, he's fine, he's fine.'"
"He had a nervous breakdown in the pediatrician's. My heart broke for him because he was like, 'I just want my son to walk down an aisle and have a family of his own," Farley confessed to Cortese.
Roger Mathews Defends Jenni 'Jwoww' Farley from 'Negative Comments' About Her Parenting
View StoryHowever, today things are seeming to go a lot better for the once lovers with Mathews telling PEOPLE, "Jenni and I are friendly and co-parenting well at this stage in the game and both have every intention of doing whatever we can do for both our children."
To showcase that they were making the most of an unfortunate outcome in their relationship, Mathews was quick to stand by Farley's side when Instagram trolls came for who's a better parent while Jenni vacationed with her new man over Memorial Day in Las Vegas.
"The comments as to who the better parent is, or who spends more time [with] our children are unnecessary. We both love our children empathetically and always will. It takes far more effort and energy to be negative than it does to be positive," Mathews commented on an Instagram post bashing the couple's parenting.
