Former 'RHOC' Star Gretchen Rossi Says She's Having a C-Section Because She Has a 'Cervix of Steel'
View Story"And then there was 3," the new mom captioned a series of Instagram photos, taken by Patty Othon. "Thank you to the good Lord above for the most precious gift we have ever been given! Our perfect little miracle!"
The series begins with a black-and-white photo of a perfectly made-up Gretchen in a hospital bed, holding her "precious baby girl." Slade's arm is wrapped around his fiancée as he kisses her forehead. The next two photos show a wide-eyed Skylar, wrapped in a pink blanket, sporting a monogrammed beanie and gold bow. Other shots include the family of three, dad and baby alone, and even a closeup of Skylar's tiny fingers tightly grasping Slade's.

In her caption, the 41-year-old reality star also explained why she waited a week to share her daughter with the world.
"We took some time off social media to just bond and be with our little angel!" Gretchen wrote, adding that her "recovery has been really tough" and that she was "headed back to the doctors now to check if I popped a stitch."
Gretchen revealed last week she made the difficult decision to give birth via C-section due to her "cervix of steel."
"This has been the most difficult thing I have ever done yet the most amazing, rewarding, incredible experience of my life!" she said of welcoming Skylar. "I cry every five seconds it seems, either from pain, hormones, or just pure bliss looking into her sweet little eyes! Breastfeeding 24/7 as well, but she has latched on well...thank God!"
