Here's How Ed Helms' Family Reacted to Rumors He Had an Affair with Demi Moore

Ed Helms' wife's reaction to him possibly having an affair with actress Demi Moore was not what he was expecting.

While appearing on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Tuesday night, the actor recalled a funny story about how his family responded to a tabloid's report he was involved with Moore, with whom he costars in the new comedy "Corporate Animals."

"I'm on vacation with my family and my wife's family," Helms began. "I get a call from my publicist and she says...'Uh I think I know the answer to this but just double-checking, you're not in a romantic relationship with Demi Moore, are you?' And I was like, 'No, I'm happily married. I'm on vacation with my family, what are you talking about?!'"

After his publicist informed him of the tabloid's story, "The Office" star began to freak out about how he was going to tell his other ha about the rumors. However, when Helms went to share the news with her and her mother, they had already read the report. Their reaction was just priceless.

Helms recalled, "Before I can say anything, they go, 'Demi Moore, high five! Can you believe this tabloid thought that you and Demi Moore could be a couple? I mean that is insane!'"

"I was like, 'I'm glad nobody is upset or like threatened here but like, can't you be a little upset?'" he added. "This is hurting my feelings now!"
