"She probably was drunk," Tamra scoffs, as Vicki calls the news "ridiculous."
Just hours before Vicki Gunvalson appeared on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen," her "Real Housewives of Orange County" nemesis, Kelly Dodd, said she and Fox News correspondent boyfriend Rick Leventhal plan to get married next year.
The announcement came just in time for Andy to ask about it on his show -- and ask he did.
'RHOC' Recap: Tamra's Son Says Trump Supporter Brother Has 'Daddy Issues,' Kelly Thinks Vicki Needs an 'Exorcism'
View StoryReacting to the news, Vicki told Cohen she was "literally in shock," as she sighed and put her hands up to her forehead. Meanwhile, Tamra Judge was shouting from the audience, "They just met! They just met!"
"Like, it is ridiculous. I don't even think it's been two months!" Vicki added.
Andy asked both ladies if they thought the announcement was "real."
"Who knows. She probably was drunk," Tamra scoffed, as Vicki replied, "I think Kelly wants to be married. You saw her this season asking Dr. Brian [Reagan] about rings."
"She should read Brandi [Glanville]'s book, 'Drinking, Tweeting and Drinking,'" Tamra interjected, referencing the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum's book, which is actually titled "Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders." The two are currently at war on Twitter.
Kelly's surprising announcement came Tuesday afternoon on Instagram, after a fan commented on one of her vacation pictures with her boo. "Rick seems much better [than] the doctor," her follower wrote. "Normal and works for Fox. That's a 10/10 perfect score for me."
The divorced mother of one replied, "That's weird because we are getting married 10/10/2020."

If true, that means Kelly and Rick are moving at lightening speed. The two started dating less than a month ago, immediately following her breakup from her plastic surgeon-turned-boyfriend, Dr. Brian, who's featured heavily on the current season of "RHOC."
TooFab has reached out to Kelly seeking comment.
"The Real Housewives of Orange County" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
