In the three-film adaptation of R.L. Stine's horror books, Netflix's "Fear Street" trilogy will begin on July 2, 2021 with a movie set in 1994. The second movie, out July 9, will take place in 1978 and the final film, out July 16, is set in 1666. In the films, a group of teens in the '90s discover "terrifying events" have haunted their town of Shadyside "for generations and may all be connected."
