Kelly Osbourne may have secretly gotten engaged!
The "Fashion Police" star is reportedly sporting a shiny new accessory on her ring finger after boyfriend Matthew Mosshart popped the question before Christmas ... according to Us Weekly.
So far, Kelly hasn't confirmed the news herself and hasn't stepped out wearing an engagement ring just yet. Her finger was noticeably bare when she was working the red carpet for the Golden Globe Awards last week.
Kelly and Matthew have been together for about a year and a half.
This is Osbourne's second engagement. She was set to marry Luke Worrall in 2011, but called off the engagement amid rumors of Luke's infidelity.
