Miley Cyrus just went back to twerk.
The singer returned to the stage in London on Tuesday night, after canceling a string of concerts due to a bad reaction to meds for a sinus infection.
But she was ready to go and raunchier than ever for her big return -- showing off some serious skin in some brand new costumes for the European leg of her tour.
At one point she showed off a little too much though, exposing some of her lady-bits while giving herself a front-wedgie in a dollar bill onesie. She also seemed to enjoy motor-boating backup dancer Amazon Ashley.
Earlier in the day, Miley opened up about her recovery.
"I didn't have a drug overdose. I took some s**tty antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection and I had a reaction," she says. "I'm probably the only one on this tour who doesn't drink or smoke before a show, as I take this really seriously."
"It's almost like being an athlete being up here," she continued. "If someone was f**ked up, they definitely couldn't do my show."
