Over the last few weeks, the Ice Bucket Challenge has taken over social media -- with people drenching themselves for a good cause, and challenging friends to follow suit.
The latest target? Nick Lachey!
After being challenged by Carson Daly, the former boy bander enlisted the help of his wife Vanessa and his adorable son Camden to help him dump a bucket of water on his head to raise awareness for ALS (Amyotropic lateral sclerosis).
While we love to see the sexy singer get wet, his little one didn't like his dad being beat up by all that ice -- he even started crying when the water splashed!
