Ryan Gosling loves to mess with the media.
The actor stopped by Monday's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" to promote his new movie "The Nice Guys," where he joked about making a big confession.
No, he didn't confirm news that he welcomed his second child, Amada Lee Gosling, with Eva Mendes on April 29 ... but he did reveal he was having a bit of a wardrobe malfunction.
"I didn't try this suit on before I came out and I realize that it's so tight," he told Kimmel. "It's wildly inappropriate. I feel like I'm going steady with these pants."
Ryan asked that Jimmy's cameras focus on his face and not his hot bod for the length of the segment. "I'm sorry. This is a classy joint and I just took it into the [gutter]," Gosling joked. "I can't feel my calves."
Later on the show, the "Notebook" star shared a sweet memory of his friend Don Rickles, who just celebrated his 90th birthday.
"[When] my little girl was born, he sent me a gift certificate for Toys R Us," he explained. "It said, 'Don't worry. You'll get another job. Kids are expensive."
While it's probably going to be awhile before Ryan or Eva confirm their baby news, it does sound like Gosling is very much enjoying this new chapter of his life.
