Baby makes five!
Ellen Pompeo and Chris Ivery welcomed their third child together, Eli Christopher, on Wednesday.
The "Grey's Anatomy" star posted on Instagram the first photo of their little guy, as he's cuddled up on his dad's chest.

"Eli Christopher," she posted with the photo. "Chris Ivery just fell a notch.. I've got a new guy."
Baby Eli joins the couple's daughters Stella Luna, 7, and Sienna May, 2.
The actress gave birth to her first child, Stella, in 2009 and the couple welcomed daughter Sienna in 2014 via surrogate.
