Keeping her focus on the positive as she prepares to relive Tristan Thompson's infidelity, Khloe also tweets about "the ultimate gift," her daughter True.
Tonight's episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" may be the hardest one yet for Khloe Kardashian, as it covers the cheating scandal that rocked her relationship with Tristan Thompson.
The reality star has admitted that she still struggles with it, and again took to social media Sunday morning to discuss how "incredibly difficult emotionally" reliving these events will be for her. But she also acknowledges that out of all that pain came her daughter True, even going so far as to say she is "grateful."
Kim, Kylie, Kourtney & Kendall Flip Out When They Learn About Tristan Thompson's Cheating Scandal
View Story"She's literally going to go into labor over this," Kim Kardashian says in the promo for tonight's episode, which steps back to when Khloe was deeply pregnant and the cheating story first broke wide open.
Tonight's episode is an uncomfortable and super emotional one for me, but when we signed up for this show over a decade ago, we signed up for a reality show, which meant showing you guys inside our lives, the good, the bad and the ugly.

We can only imagine what it must be like watching your own life play back on a television show after so many years, but it sounds like this might be the first time that the blessings that the show has afforded the family might seem more like a curse.
While they've experienced their ups and downs through the decade of the show, this is the most raw and vulnerable experience that Khloe might have gone through yet, seeing as it couples the birth of her child with the cheating of that child's father. We wouldn't wish anyone to have to go through that, much less twice!
To relive these moments all over again is incredibly difficult emotionally but I also hope that with every trail, tribulation and curve ball life throws at us, that we ALL get to learn from our journeys.

Amidst the tough times, I have been blessed with the ultimate gift, my sweet baby True who has changed my life in ways I never could have imagined.

Remember that you are never alone in your pain, and that everything is temporary. Pain, joy, elation, panic, anxiety, it is all temporary. Be grateful for the experiences that continue to build character, and make you who you are. pic.twitter.com/SLTrmua3DP

On the other hand, though, these tweets show how much Khloe has already healed and grown just from going through that experience, so on the other hand, it's an opportunity for reflection and perspective that most of us don't get to enjoy after troubling times.
While it's always fun to relive the good times, there is tremendous value in truly revisiting the troubling times as well, because the lens of hindsight and understanding can help reshape your perception of that experience. We are clouded in the moment by our own emotional reactions, and too many of us simply leave it at that.
Khloe Goes Into Labor in 'KUWTK' Teaser, Braces Herself to Relive Tristan Cheating Scandal
View StoryWhen a fan threw out the notion that they would understand if she chose to skip tonight's "KUWTK" chat, Khloe responded to her page that she might actually choose to sit out the next two episodes, serving as both a reminder of how difficult these memories are for her, as well as a great marketing trick to ensure people are stoked for a two-parter.
I will see how much I can handle. This goes for tonight AND next week https://t.co/DeMG25fWSO
