Khloe Goes Into Labor in 'KUWTK' Teaser, Braces Herself to Relive Tristan Cheating Scandal

On Sunday's "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Khloe Kardashian goes into labor.

All alone in Cleveland -- and dealing with the cheating scandal of baby daddy Tristan Thompson -- Khloe calls Kris to let her know that the time has come. Panicked, Kris calls the family OB/GYN and asks if she can get on a plane with her to head to Cleveland -- STAT.

Kris relays the message to Kim and Kourtney, who are sitting nearby. Kim immediately calls Khloe to ask if she's okay, and Khloe asks, "Should the contractions feel like period cramps?" Simultaneously, the two moms say yes.

Last minute, Kim decides to join Kris on a flight out to Cleveland. The rest of the family follows later.

What the clip from Sunday's episode doesn't show is anyone making any kind of reference to Tristan's infidelities, which took Khloe and the Kardashian family by storm just days before Khloe went into labor. But Khloe has assured her fans that that part of the ordeal will be televised.

Following last week's episode, a fan tweeted at Khloe, saying, "I feel so bad Khloe had to go through what Tristan did while filming 'KUWTK.' If I'm not wrong, next episode will be insane. You're so strong to put that personal issue as part of the show, knowing millions of [people] will watch it. I wouldn't be able to do it."

Khloe replied, "Sadly, it will. I signed up to show the the good and the bad, right? The bad is very hard to relive, but it's life."
