Jose Canseco's Ex-Wife Addresses Claims She's Hooking Up with A-Rod Amid J.Lo Engagement

Jose Canseco's ex-wife, Jessica Canseco, wants to make sure the world knows she's not hooking up with Alex Rodriguez -- and that she thinks her ex-husband might be crazy.

After news broke that A-Rod had proposed to Jennifer Lopez on Saturday, Canseco reignited his longtime feud with his fellow former New York Yankee by alleging he had been cheating on J.Lo with Jessica.

"Those false accusations Jose is making are not true!" Jessica tweeted in response to the claims. "I have known Alex for many years and haven't even seen him for over five. I certainly did not sleep with him. I am friendly with both him and Jennifer."

"As for Jose, he can keep playing with his alien friends," she added.

Jessica claims she rarely goes on social media, so she had to re-download the Twitter app just to put the rumors to rest. She even said the last time she saw A-Rod was for a double date with her then-boyfriend and his girlfriend at the time, Torrie Wilson.

"We are just friends," Jessica insisted. "My God!"

As for Canseco, he's long believed Jessica cheated on him with Alex, and he used the weekend's engagement news to double down on those claims.

"Watching 'World of Dance.' Watching J.Lo text Alex Rodriguez. Little does she know that he is cheating on her with my ex-wife, Jessica. Poor girl. She has no idea who he really is," the former Oakland Athletics star tweeted Sunday. "I was there a few months back with her when he called her on her phone."

"Alex Rodriguez, stop being a piece of shit. Stop cheating on Jennifer Lopez," Canseco continued. "Alex Rodriguez, I challenge you to a boxing match or an MMA match any time you want."

Canseco went on to tweet at J.Lo directly, offering up his phone number. "If you want the truth about Alex Rodriguez, call me," he urged. Hours later, the 54-year-old was back at it, writing, "I am willing to take a polygraph [test] to prove that what I'm saying about Alex Rodriguez is 100 percent accurate."

Neither A-Rod nor J.Lo have publicly responded to the allegations, but it appears they're both very much unbothered. After celebrating their engagement in the Bahamas, the couple boarded a private jet that was decked out in tons of congratulatory mementos.

A source also told Us Weekly that Jennifer completely "trusts" her fiancé and is ignoring the gossip.

"She's heard the cheating rumors in the past and has never let it bother her," the source said. "She trusts him and his love. They are inseparable and together almost all of the time. Jose Canseco has an ax to grind, but she doesn't hear the noise."
