Speidi is separating -- but don't rejoice yet, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are still married.
According to PEOPLE, Heidi has just fired husband Spencer as her manager ... and replaced him with L.A. area psychic Aiden Chase.
She tells the mag "The time for change is now. Never mix business and pleasure. We are no longer Speidi but Spencer and Heidi."
