Katherine Heigl will finally be saying "peace out" to Seattle Grace for good -- this according to reports.
Sources tell Entertainment Weekly that Heigl will likely not return to the "Grey's Anatomy" set -- and that her last episode as Izzie Stevens has already aired.
EW says series creator Shonda Rhimes has already agreed to let Heigl walk -- and that ABC and Katherine's reps are hashing out an exit deal.
