Sin City was b-day central this weekend -- as both "Reno 911" star Cedric Yarbrough and Nicky Hilton's BF David Katzenberg celebrated at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's newest club, Vanity.
David actually turns 27 today ... Cedric turned 37 Saturday.
