The Brangelina of young Hollywood, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, played dress up for a black tie charity event honoring their "High School Musical" director Kenny Ortega in L.A. last night.
The Disney duo attended "Estrellas por la Vida," a St. Jude Children's Research Hospital event which honors Latinos who have contributed to international pediatric healthcare.
Along with Ortega, "Avatar" star Zoe Saldana and Daisy Fuentes were also honored for their charitable work.
