"Gossip Girl" star Leighton Meester celebrates her 24th birthday today -- and it comes with a dose of good news/bad news.
The good news first: Blair Waldorf's alter-ego just inked a deal with Herbal Essences to be the company's new "global ambassador," according to People.
Now the bad: OK Magazine is reporting Meester and BF Sebastian Stan, who also appeared on her CW show, have called it quits because she simply "doesn't know how to be in a relationship."
In regards to the break-up, Meester's reps had no comment ... but either way, Happy Birthday!
