Mark McGrath and his fiancée Carin Kingsland welcomed twins today -- a boy and a girl!
McGrath tells People, "We are so lucky. I don't think you can prepare for the love we are feeling."
McGrath and Kingsland have been on-and-off for 16 years ... but finally got engaged on New Year's Eve.
Son, Lydon Edward, and daughter, Hartley Grace, are their first kids.
