Supermodel Claudia Schiffer is a little lighter now -- because she just gave birth to a baby girl!
According to PEOPLE, Schiffer had the baby Friday in a London hospital -- and the little girl's name will be revealed in the coming week.
This is Schiffer's third child with husband Matthew Vaughan.
