Ricky Martin made his first U.S. appearance since coming out last night in NYC -- where he was honored at the 2010 amfAR New York Inspiration Gala.
The singer was given an award for his philanthropic contributions through his Ricky Martin Foundation.
Other celebs at the event included Kylie Minogue, Kelly Rowland, Lance Bass and Broadway/"30 Rock" stud Cheyenne Jackson.
The gala benefits amfAR's AIDS research programs.
