The hunt is on for Simon Cowell's replacement on "American Idol" -- and musician Chris Isaak could be leading the pack.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Chris has already met with Fox twice as a potential candidate for the job -- and it's looking more and more likely that he could be taking the coveted hot seat this fall for Season 10.
It's not a done deal though, Harry Connick Jr. is also in the running ... and Fox could still have some tricks up its sleeves.
