"90210" hunk Trevor Donovan did a recent bathing suit photo shoot with "Piranha 3D" star Kelly Brook -- and yesterday he unloaded some sexy pics from it onto his Twitter.
It was just announced this week that Donovan's character on the CW show will go gay next season.
"90210" returns September 13, "Piranha 3D" comes out Friday.
