Kim Kardashian and the rest of the clan hit up Trousdale last night to celebrate the fifth season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
Kim, sister Kourtney, mother Kris and stepfather Bruce Jenner all stepped out for their reality show's premiere -- which was also attended by Stephanie Pratt, Maria Menounos, Kelly Osbourne and Robin Antin.
