Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Waits were arrested this weekend in Las Vegas -- but what's the story behind the new guy?
Waits, 34, is five-years older than Hilton -- and, along with his twin brother Jesse, owns Tryst Nightclub at the Wynn and XS at the Encore in Sin City.
Waits also made headlines with Hilton earlier this month when he pulled a gun on a man trying to break into her home.
Cy was booked on DUI Friday night.
