Sandra Bullock did her first TV interview since her split from Jesse James this morning -- but he wasn't a topic of discussion.
In her chat with Matt Lauer, Bullock talked about her newly adopted son Louis -- who she calls her "little Cajun cookie" -- and her love for the city he's from, New Orleans.
Of the adoption process, Sandy says "It felt like it was time ... It was nice to have someone say 'I think you're a fit parent."
