The two were spotted together over the weekend at Night Vision Entertainment's An Evening Affair" held at Seth MacFarlane's home Saturday night -- where they were photographed holding hands!
Rumer and Chord partied at TAO in Las Vegas together the weekend before, where Willis was celebrating the single life after breaking up with ex-boyfriend Micah Alberti.
