"The Real Housewives of New York's" resident glamazon, Kelly Bensimon, has turned to a new book to help her juggle her reality TV stardom with being a single mom to two daughters: The ever-so appropriately-titled "You're Grounded Forever...But First, Let's Go Shopping: The Challenges Mothers Face with Their Daughters and Ten Timely Solutions.”
Bensimon, whose daughters are Sea Louise, born in 1998, and Thaddeus Ann, born in 2000, was spotted at a New York City park last week reading the book, which is written by Susan Shapiro Barash, a Genders Studies Professor at Marymount Manhattan College.
"I love my kiddies and will read anything to be a better mom," Bensimon tells TooFab.
Examining the challenges that women face raising daughters, the book features quirky chapter titles, such as What color would you like that Prada bag in? (about material indulgence), Do you need to be eating that? (fixations about food and weight), Of course you can drink when you're home with me (about boundaries and rules), I know she's your friend but…(underestimating female friendships), and I'll just say you aren't feeling well (about making excuses).
