Reese Witherspoon and her Hollywood talent agent beau Jim Toth are engaged, a rep for the actress confirms to TooFab.
"They are very happy," the rep tells TooFab.com
Witherspoon, 34, and Toth, 40, began dating about a year ago, shortly after she split from then-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal. The couple didn't go public, though, until her birthday weekend in March in Ojai, Calif.
