Courteney Cox is standing by her (ex) man!
Following David Arquette's admission to a rehab facility over the holidays for alcohol issues and depression, Courteney--who separated from David in October--is lending her support.
"I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life," says the Cougar Town star, 46. "I love and support him."
A source tells TMZ that David decided to enter rehab, because it's "the right thing to do for his family."
