The "Gossip Girl" star was spotted smooching with the show's newest cast member, Tika Sumpter, last night in NYC.
Tika will play Raina Thorpe, the daughter of one of Chuck's father's former associates -- but from the looks of it, she's got her eyes ... and lips ... set on Nate Archibald.
