Thirteen has returned to the halls of Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital.
Olivia Wilde, who left "House" in the beginning of the show's 7th season, was spotted back on set in a new photo tweeted earlier this morning by co-star Omar Epps.
The actress took time off so she could star in the upcoming "Cowboys and Aliens" with Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford -- but will appear in the show's 150th episode.
It's unclear how many episodes Wilde will be back for.
