Reps for the two confirm "They mutually have decided to part ways," adding "The two remain friends and continue to hold the highest level of love and respect for each other."
The former couple started dating back in 2007 after Timberlake's split from Cameron Diaz.
Though rumors of a split have been circulating for a while, the two appeared happy when they posed for photos together at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party less than two weeks ago (pictured).
