Lindsay Lohan took a break from her legal drama for a night out in NYC.
The actress hit the red carpet on Thursday to attend a screening of Jake Gyllenhaal's new movie, "Source Code," in a pattern mini-dress, black tights and black patent leather pumps.
Lohan came under fire yesterday after photos of her falling on a sidewalk made the rounds -- but Linds made sure to slam rumors she was drunk by telling TMZ "I was NOT drinking, nor do I drink!"
