Bye, bye beardy!
Will Ferrell finally made good on his weeks-long threat to shave off Conan O'Brien's beard last night on the talk show host's TBS show -- leaving Conan with a smooth face for the first time since he was booted from "The Tonight Show."
The so-called "Beardpocalypse" was done with the help of "Excalibeard," Ferrell's trusty razor.
