Kelly Osbourne was spotted holding hands with a new dude this week in NYC -- and now we know who the long-haired guy is!
Ozzy's 26-year-old daughter is reportedly dating New York based photographer and visual artist Anton Lombardi and, according to Us Weekly, it's "all very new."
While the two were seen on Tuesday outside Kelly's New York hotel, she arrived in Los Angeles the other day solo.
