"Shedding for the Wedding" host Sara Rue is now a married woman herself!
Rue, 33, wed teacher Kevin Price 35, in an intimate sunset ceremony at the Bel Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades, CA on Saturday. About 100 of their closest friends were in attendance.
"I've never been happier," the actress and Jenny Craig spokesperson told Us Weekly. The bride lost 50 pounds in the last year but indulged on her special day with not one, but two wedding cakes.
"I'll be having one of each," Rue told People. "Tiny slivers!"
The bride reportedly wore Harry Winston jewels during the ceremony, In Touch Weekly reports.
The wedding included Jewish traditions, including a chuppah and the breaking of a glass, and also some very unconventional elements.
Hummingbirds, Rue's favorites, were incorporated throughout the event. Wedding planner Sarah Hollis revealed that the wedding favors were custom ping pong paddles with the bride and groom's initials on them. A beer pong table was set up at the reception for guests to play with their favors.
It is the second marriage for Rue, who was married to Mischa Livingstone from 2001 to 2007.
