His may not have won "American Idol," but James Durbin is still a rock star!
The former "AI" contestant hit the stage last night during 80s cover band Steel Panther's show in L.A. -- where he killed it singing Journey's classic (but wildly overused) song "Don't Stop Believin'."
The avid wrestling fan was joined on stage by former WWE star Chris Jericho and comedian Dane Cook, and the crowd ate it up!
Ironically, Durbin sang this song on "Idol" -- and was eliminated the following night.
