The 2nd Annual amfAR Inspiration Gala New York went down last night in NYC -- where people like Ke$ha and James Franco mingled while watching a runway show filled with sexy guys in crazy couture.
The event, which had a "Black Tie, Hot Metal" theme, was a "celebration of men's style" benefitting AIDS research. Franco was honored with the Piaget Award of Inspiration at the benefit while "Project Runway" judge/designer Michael Kors was given the amfAR Award of Courage.
The runway show had looks from Alexander McQueen, Calvin Klein, DSquared2, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Giorgio Armani, Hugo Boss and more -- and included performances by Jennifer Hudson, Courtney Love and Liza Minnelli.
Ke$ha and Franco looked pretty cozy at the event, which was also attended by Heidi Klum, Lance Bass, Andy Cohen, Cheyenne Jackson and Amber Heard.
Check out all the mingling guests -- plus the wild runway fashion above!
