We were all kind of rooting for Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz to get back together -- but she looks pretty happy with her new man.
Ash was spotted in NYC on Monday with new boyfriend, "Boardwalk Empire" star Vincent Piazza -- where the two held hands, kissed and played cute for the photographers after a trip to Starbucks.
Pete and Ashlee remain civil despite the divorce, and have been seen together with son Bronx Mowgli on numerous occasions since the split.
