Colin Farrell had a lot to be proud of today on the set of his "Total Recall" remake -- where he showed off his adorable 21-month-old son ... and his killer body!
The tatted-up, 34-year-old actor went shirtless in Ontario, Canada on Wednesday as he brought his son Harry to an SUV -- looking completely different on this set than he did as a chubby bald guy in "Horrible Bosses."
Harry is Colin's kid with actress Alicja Bachleda-Curus, though the two are no longer together.
Farrell will take over the Arnold Schwarzenegger role in the remake of the 1990 flick, which will also co-star Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel.
