Perry dropped a reported $8.65 million for the 4000 square-foot pad, which has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The sleek and stylish home boasts an outdoor dining room, synthetic lawn with giant flower sculpture, a silent garage door, infinity pool and a personal movie theater.
