Sarah Jessica Parker had company of her twin daughters, Tabitha and Marion, during an afternoon out in NYC today. They braved the rain without umbrellas as they headed to an office building on the Upper West Side. SJP was back to her daily routine with her girls after getting glamorous at the NYC Ballet's Fall Gala last night. She wore a short white number by Stella McCartney and posed with the designer and other friends on the red carpet.
