Dennis Quaid is selling his Montana ranch, and toofab has the photos of the amazing property.
It's located in remote Emigrant, Montana, about 13 miles away from Yellowstone Park. Dennis bought the property back in the 80s, but it was previously owned by Hollywood legends Warren Oates and Sam Peckinpah. The main residence, built in 2002, is 5,300 square feet and boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The asking price? A whopping $14 million dollars -- but it comes with a lot.
There are four (!) guest houses: the "smaller" guest cabin is 1570 square feet (bigger than an average person's home) while the "main" guest house has three large bedrooms and a luxury kitchen. There's also a ranch manager's home and an observatory, of all things.
The property is just like it's owner: rugged, masculine, and attractive. Check out all the photos above and see the full listing from Sotheby's here.
