Bad news for Adele fans – we've learned she's now canceling all remaining 2011 concert dates so she can have throat surgery.
Adele's website posted the statement explaining the cancellation. "She is to undergo surgery to alleviate the current issues with her throat and a full recovery is expected. As a result, doctors have ordered her to rest her voice and completely recuperate before looking to schedule any work commitments."
Adele's been having a lot of throat problems this year. She cancelled a slew of summer concerts due to laryngitis and experienced a vocal hemorrhage earlier this month.
And Adele's voice problems are putting a lot of other projects in jeopardy, including possible collaborations with both Joe Jonas and Lady Gaga.
Adele is slated to record the theme song to the next James Bond movie – due October 2012… no word yet on whether that's still happening.
